Shadow Work ~ Our Dark and Our Light with Joe Molloy

“Everyone is a moon, and has a dark side which he never shows to anybody.” Mark Twain

"It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." Marianne Williamson

Our minds are like Icebergs with so much of our thinking and believing hidden from view, but still informing everything we think, say and do.......

What is Shadow work?

Here's a question to get us going ~

"Are you your Hardware, your Software, or both?" Robert Anton Wilson

Working with our 'Shadows' is one of the most valuable journeys that we can make. A real gift to ourselves as well as to the world that we live in. And we benefit from revisiting it over and over again.

It helps us to 'reveal' the hidden software, thoughts, beliefs, programs, scripts, that run in the background. Informing (bringing into form!) all that we do and think, day to day. All of our everyday interactions and thoughts about ourselves and others. Making our invisible thinking visible. So that we can see where the conscious and unconscious choices that we make really come from.

Do you wonder why you do the things you do sometimes? Why no matter how much 'personal' or 'spiritual' development work you have done you are still doing the same 'old thing,' looping round and round and over and over in familiar patterns that don't help you move forward or get what you really need to live the life you would much prefer to have? Have you ever asked, "Who is really running the show in my life?"

If your answer to any of the above is "yes!" Then come and join us for two days of immersion and exploration. Discovering who or what is really behind the choices we make, and so the lives we live. Make a new relationship with yourself and your beliefs and get your unconscious self working with you and for you in the way you need it to do now.

“There are different kinds of darkness,” Rhys said. I kept my eyes shut. “There is the darkness that frightens, the darkness that soothes, the darkness that is restful.” I pictured each. “There is the darkness of lovers, and the darkness of assassins. It becomes what the bearer wishes it to be, needs it to be. It is not wholly bad or good.”
― Sarah J. Maas,

Currently I am running this workshop on an annual basis in Athens.
